Refund Policy

1. The guarantee

Every plan is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee: the $4.99 Job Hunt Pack, the $9.99 Unlimited plan, and team licences for consultancies and career teams. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you get a full refund.

This applies even if you have already downloaded resumes. We would rather refund someone who is unhappy than keep $4.99 from a person who felt let down. If the tool did not fit your situation, that is useful information for us and a refund for you.

2. How to request one

Email support@globeresume.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply directly to your purchase receipt. Include your licence key or order number if you have it handy; if you do not, your email address is enough for us to find the order.

You do not need to give a reason. If you do want to tell us what went wrong, we read every message and it genuinely shapes what gets built next.

3. How long it takes

We aim to action refund requests within 2 business days. The refund itself is issued by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically appears within 5 to 10 business days after that.

Once a refund is issued, the associated licence key stops working and downloads return to carrying the free-plan watermark.

4. After 14 days

Purchases are one-time payments, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews. After the 14-day window we generally do not refund, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, for example the product stopped working or a licence key will not activate, contact us anyway. We will fix the problem or make it right.

5. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. By buying and immediately using a licence key, you may be asked to consent to that content being supplied straight away, which can waive the statutory withdrawal right. Our own 14-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is not affected either way, so in practice you are covered regardless. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund request handled directly is faster for you than a chargeback, and it costs a very small independent product a lot less. We have never refused a good-faith refund.
